- Reverend and Mrs. John Smith

Addresses
- Abbreviations should NOT be used
- Use only 5-digit ZIP codes

Examples:
- Use 'Road', NOT 'Rd.'
- Use 'Street', NOT 'St.'
- Use 'Avenue', NOT 'Ave.'
- Use 'Saint Louis', NOT 'St. Louis'
- Use 'Florida', NOT 'FL'
- Use '12345', NOT '12345-6789'

Inner Envelopes
- Include only the Title and Last Name
- Symbols, such as '&', should NOT be used

Examples:
- Mr. Smith
- Mr. and Mrs. Smith
- Mr. Smith and Ms. Jones
