prepare your package by gathering
and shipping the following:
1. envelopes (and place cards/escort cards/etc., if applicable)
- important note: please include at least 10% more
envelopes than the number of names in your addressing list
2. completed Data Submission Template on CD or floppy (unless emailed)
3. completed Order Form

note: unless you have chosen our Assembly/Mailing Service, please do not
send invitations, response cards, etc.

shipping suggestions
1. use a strong corrugated box to ship your envelopes. We discourage the
use of soft-side or Tyvek envelopes
2. be sure to use ample packing materials to secure your envelopes during
shipping
3. we suggest ground delivery for your shipment to us . . . delivery is a couple
days longer, but 1/3 the price
4. we encourage you to use one of the private shipping companies (FedEx, DHL,
UPS)
to mail your package:
- ground rates tend to be as good, if not better than the Postal Service
(FedEx & DHL tends to have the best rates)
- ground delivery times usually range from 1 to 5
business days (please check with carriers for delivery estimates)
- insurance (up to $100) is usually included (please
check with carriers for details)
- package tracking is included
