after completing your
addressing order, we will assemble your package (according to formal invitation
assembly guidelines), stamp your envelopes with the proper postage and mail your
envelopes for you. To use this service, simply follow these steps:
step 1:
complete the
invitation assembly portion of the order form
step 2: include all pieces (envelopes, invitations, RSVP cards, tissue,
etc.) to be enclosed in each invitation package with your addressing order

data entry

s o you have all of your
addressing data collected, but none of it is in electronic form? No
problem, Cambridge's Data Entry Service provides a quick and easy way to convert
your handwritten addressing data into an electronic format. Plus, we'll
email you a copy of your addressing data in electronic format absolutely FREE!
Here's how it works . . .
s tep 1:
compile
all of your addressing information in handwritten/typed form (please write
legibly, as illegible information will result in order processing delays
later in the process)
step 2: complete the data entry service portion of the order form
step 3: include your handwritten/typed addressing data with your addressing order
step 4: after your data has been converted to an electronic format,
Cambridge will email/fax/mail a proof of your addressing data to you for your
approval/editing (your approval is required before proceeding with addressing)
step 5: upon your proof approval, Cambridge uses your data to
address your envelopes
