- We ask that you provide at least
10%
(minimum of 10) more envelopes/paper stock than your order requires to ensure

perfectly well in our printing process, there are some rare exceptions that do
not. If your envelopes are of the following types, we recommend mailing us

at Cambridge, we
strive to make using our services as easy and efficient as possible. To
help achieve this goal, we have established the following policies related to
our services.
Addressing
Service Policies
- If Cambridge is unable to
complete your order (paper incompatibility, etc.), we will return (via ground
shipping) your envelopes/paper stock (less up to 10% used for print
setup/testing) at no charge to you (shipping costs incurred to have
envelopes/paper stock delivered to Cambridge can not be reimbursed). In
this rare situation, Cambridge will work to minimize any delays, however
Cambridge can not be held responsible for such delays resulting from our
inability to process your order.
- Revisions to addressing data can be accepted at no additional charge, as long
as we have not initiated processing of your order. If processing has been completed, additions and revisions will be processed at
our regular calligraphy prices (plus additional shipping and handling charges).
- Up to 10% (or 10, whichever is greater) of envelopes/paper stock may be used by Cambridge for print setup and
testing. We cannot be held responsible for missing names due to a shortage
of envelopes if the minimum 10% extra envelopes is not provided.
Assembly/Mailing
Service Policies
- Cambridge will assemble
your invitation packages based upon formal assembly etiquette guidelines. If
you would like your invitations assembled in a different manner, please let us
know in the 'Comments' section of the Services Order Form.
- Our service requires us to assemble all of your invitation packages in the
same manner.
- Please do not include any invitation materials that should not be included in
your mailed invitation packages.
- Assembly of additional enclosures (such as maps) are priced at $0.20 each (no
additional charge if an enclosure is replacing another; for example, if you
choose to include a map instead of an RSVP card)
- On the Services Order Form, postage is calculated based on a 1-ounce
invitation set. If additional postage is required, we will contact you to
obtain authorization for an additional charge in the amount of excess postage.
- To facilitate processing of your order, we ask that you do not include your
own postage stamps with your order. We will weigh your completed mailing
piece and apply the correct proper postage. We use currently available
USPS 'Love' theme stamps for your mailing. If you would like a particular
stamp, please let us know in the comments section of the Services Order Form.
- Use of Cambridge's Assembly/Mailing Service requires 1 additional business day
for order completion.
Data Entry Service Policies
- Addressing data should be
submitted in a legible handwritten/typed format. Illegible information
will result in order processing delays.
- A proof will be submitted for your approval following conversion of your data
to an electronic format. Please examine this proof to verify accuracy of
your addressing information. Your approval of this proof is required to
continue processing of your order. Cambridge cannot be responsible for
any errors/omissions that occur following your proof approval.
- Addresses should be submitted in a standard addressing format:
Name
Address Line 1
Address Line 2
City, State
ZIP
- Use of Cambridge's Data Entry Service requires 2 additional business days
for order completion.
