Need some help with addressing etiquette?  We've provided some general guidelines for formal addressing below.

Titles
- Symbols, such as '&', should NOT be used
- Avoid the term 'and Family' (the names of children should be included on inner envelopes)

Examples:
- Mr. John Smith
- Mr. and Mrs. John Smith
- Mr. John Smith and Ms. Jane Jones
- Dr. and Mrs. John Smith
- Reverend and Mrs. John Smith


Addresses
- Abbreviations should NOT be used
- Use only 5-digit ZIP codes

Examples:
- Use 'Road', NOT 'Rd.'
- Use 'Street', NOT 'St.'
- Use 'Avenue', NOT 'Ave.'
- Use 'Saint Louis', NOT 'St. Louis'
- Use 'Florida', NOT 'FL'
- Use '12345', NOT '12345-6789'


Inner Envelopes
- Include only the Title and Last Name
- Symbols, such as '&', should NOT be used

Examples:
- Mr. Smith
- Mr. and Mrs. Smith
- Mr. Smith and Ms. Jones
- Mr. Smith and Guest

- Include only the first names of children on a second line

Example:
- Mr. and Mrs. Smith
   Tommy and Susie
